Refund Policy

Unworn, unwashed goods may be returned for a full store credit of actual purchase price (minus shipping costs) as long as the tags are attached and original receipt is included. We must receive your merchandise within 30 days from the date your order was placed.

**All Jewelry and Sale Items are Final Sale and may not be returned.

If items are returned and appear worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, or beyond 30 days from the order date, they will be sent back to you without exception.

You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Shipping costs are responsible to the buyer.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it.
